We are currently hiring for Customer Care Executives for outbound voice process

Process: Domestic (Pan India)

Shift Timings: 9:30AM-6:30PM/10:00AM-7:00PM

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in spoken English,Hindi and Bengali.
• Age group should be between 18-30 years.
• Only Female Candidates.
• Minimum qualification-Graduation.

Job Description:

• Call up expectant parents (who are our clients) promote cord blood banking and about Cordlife Sciences.
• Fix an appointment with our clients and the sales executives who will go and give them presentations.
• Maintain good relations with clients for further references.
• Any other job assigned from time to time.
