Job Summary Job Description : b>Key Skillsets:

• Provide applications support and Coordinating for ERP users and technical support for ERP product and troubleshooting etc.
• Monitoring & controlling, reporting, Project documentations and coordinating with internal Departments.
• Skilled at handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in challenging environments.[
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation and Support to all modules.
• Knowledge of ERP/ Microsoft NAV process.
• Do the GAP analysis of requirements Vs available system & documentation.
• User Administration: Define user roles & Policy.
• Training of ERP Users.
• Functional knowledge of Sales , Finance, Purchase , Manufacturing process.
• Co-ordinate with development team for modification and up gradation.
• Master data verification, correction & validation.
• Configuration and troubleshooting ERP application.
• Functional Testing of changes/ New Development.
• Knowledge of CAL Language and code Debugging.

• Should possess good Logical thinking.

Qualification :
B.tech/MCA
