Key Skillsets:
Qualification : BA English (Honors) preferred (for English language)MBA / PGDM in HR
Key Skillsets:
- Experience in design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs
- Experience in examining procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Proven experience as an HR assistant
- PC literacy (MS Office, MS Excel in particular)
- Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Experience in team building activities, arranging internal & external trainings, training effectiveness, formulation of policies / procedures / formats, quarterly / annual appraisals, training / skills matrix, active role in customer audits
- Strong communications skills verbal & written
- Man-power requirement assessment quality and numbers of personnel, Recruitment, Selection and Performance Review
- Training and Development i.e. Skill Matrix, yearly & monthly Training Calendars & arranging Training.
- Suggestion Scheme, Safety & 5S Committee etc.
- Role in Career & Succession planning for ensuring continues growth of the employees
- Conducting Introduction & Orientation for new employees, trainees
- Overseeing training program implementation for trainees and evaluation of training effectiveness
- Drafting of policies / procedures / formats
- Conducting Quarterly, Yearly Performance Appraisals etc.
- Checking Job Description for various vacancies
- Role in Competency / Skill Matrix for workers, Supervisors
- Arranging and conducting team building activities
- Experience in arranging / conducting training activities, employee engagement activities, orientation
- Experience in drafting policies, procedures, formats
- Experience in implementing PMS
- Experience in preparation of training calendar, skill matrix etc
- Strong English communication skills verbal & written
