Job Summary Job Description :
Key Skillsets:
  • Experience in design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs
  • Experience in examining procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant
  • PC literacy (MS Office, MS Excel in particular)
  • Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Experience in team building activities, arranging internal & external trainings, training effectiveness, formulation of policies / procedures / formats, quarterly / annual appraisals, training / skills matrix, active role in customer audits
  • Strong communications skills verbal & written
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Man-power requirement assessment quality and numbers of personnel, Recruitment, Selection and Performance Review
  • Training and Development i.e. Skill Matrix, yearly & monthly Training Calendars & arranging Training.
  • Suggestion Scheme, Safety & 5S Committee etc.
  • Role in Career & Succession planning for ensuring continues growth of the employees
  • Conducting Introduction & Orientation for new employees, trainees
  • Overseeing training program implementation for trainees and evaluation of training effectiveness
  • Drafting of policies / procedures / formats
  • Conducting Quarterly, Yearly Performance Appraisals etc.
  • Checking Job Description for various vacancies
  • Role in Competency / Skill Matrix for workers, Supervisors
  • Arranging and conducting team building activities
Major determinants for Selection:
  • Experience in arranging / conducting training activities, employee engagement activities, orientation
  • Experience in drafting policies, procedures, formats
  • Experience in implementing PMS
  • Experience in preparation of training calendar, skill matrix etc
  • Strong English communication skills verbal & written

Qualification :
BA English (Honors) preferred (for English language)MBA / PGDM in HR
Experience Required :

4 to 6 Years
