Software Engineer - Java Job in Cornerstone Ondemand

In this role you will

• Design and deliver solutions that scale to meet the needs of some of the largest and most innovative organizations in the world.
• Groom yourself as a full stack developer working both in frontend and backend features.
• Work with team members to understand and exceed the expectations of users.
• Constantly push the technical envelope and help Saba deliver great results
• Work in an agile software development framework focused on development sprints and regular release cycles.
• Own the complete feature story.
• Conduct detailed analysis of defined specification. Develop and document designs that meet applicable standards.
• Identify, analyze and resolve moderately complex software inadequacies.
• Write code, unit tests, complete programming and perform the testing and debugging of moderately complex features following detailed specifications. Design solution for moderately complex features.
• Participate in Peer and Team code review sessions.
• Work closely with the extended teams (support/services/PM) when required
• Consideration for privacy and security obligations

You ve got what it takes if you have

• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Solid Core and Advanced Java/Java EE skills
• Strong Spring fundamentals
• Good knowledge in HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies
• Demonstrated experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies
• Familiar with databases like Oracle and NoSQL
• Great Attention to details
• Ability to work with a team mindset
• Experience with developing and delivering SaaS software

Extra Dose of Awesome if you have

• Experience with developing and delivering in Angular/ReactJS
• Familiar with AWS development.
