Roles and Responsibilities

POSITION: Consultant (SaaS based product)

  • OPC startup company (Open Platform Communications)
  • Candidate will be working more as an individual contributor and directly for one client
  • that will be disclosed using the interactions.
  • Can be a long-term assignment for the right candidates.

    • JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Person would be required to interact with various international clients. The prime responsibility is to understand their business process, do project management activities and implement it using the SaaS based product.
  • Work towards Customer Success and Excellence
  • Coordinate with the international clients to understand their Business Processes.
  • Document and Implement the requirement using the SaaS based platform.
  • Plan end to end project delivery.
  • Coordinate with backend teams like project team, infrastructure teams and development Teams.
  • Work on various related tools like Azure, SQL Server Reporting, JavaScript, etc.

    • EEXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum eight years of experience in industries as consultant, manager
  • Minimum three years of proven experience in dealing with International Clients/Companies
  • Affinity with IT systems and processes

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Excellent English Communication
  • Excellent Coordination and Planning Skills
  • Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Should be comfortable dealing with people with various (cultural) backgrounds and have an excellent command of English.
  • Proven expertise in one or more functions related to operations, such as asset management, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, product development, service operations, innovation, or infrastructure projects, including industry 4.0 topics.
  • Proven expertise in key industries including, but not limited to Oil, Gas & Petrochemical, Construction & Infrastructure, Industrial Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Food, Beverages, FMCG, Maritime
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge about collaboration and Communication tools like Confluence, JIRA, Version control, time tracking etc.
  • Awareness about Azure Cloud Services, SQL Services, Reporting, JavaScript etc. is preferred.
  • Degree at higher professional education or university level in a technical, science or business administration field.
  • Hands-on mentality and prepared to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
