Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for a content and social media person who can improve our digital presence by creating meaning and engaging content.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Creating content for blogs, social media platforms
• Understand our target audience - so you'll need to know what interests them
• Identify key messages - understand the main thing that we want the customer to feel and do and how to communicate this powerfully
• Tailor the current content and create new content in line with the Brand Strategy & Brand Compass across all communication channels
• Shape the written and visuals aspects of social media, , blogs, search, in both static & video format

Social Listening

• Identify key influencers in the industry and engage with them via social media.
• Respond to any enquiries or comments
• Keep track of latest trends and suggest content accordingly
• Knowledge of influencer marketing platform

Reporting

• Reporting performance on various social accounts based on key measurement criteria below:
• Growth of social presence visitors, followers, engagement
• Number of enquiries generated from social media
• Complete management of accounts through Hootsuite

Measurement criteria

Key Requirements

• A strong hold on English language and grammar essential for UK and USA based audience
• Basic understanding of B2B AND B2C marketing
• Hands on with tools such as Canva, Hootsuite or similar, strong social media presence
• Ability to project manage multiple accounts
