  • End to end execution of Training programs facilitation of Trainer evaluation, nominations, content finalization, Very important
  • Assess the success of development plans through MIS maintenance and post training feedback
  • strong vendor connects and organizations providing platforms for training - Very important.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an L&D/Training Manager/Specialist or similar
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to build rapport with Leadership, employees and vendors
  • Excellent communication and professional certification will be an add on
