  • Graduate with certification or specialization in networking & security technologies and OEMs (CCNA/CCNP Security or equivalent certification)
  • relevant experience preferably working in implementation and administration of network & security tools/devices
  • AWS/GCP certified professional
  • Addition and deletions of the rules or policies will be processed via change management process.
  • Adhering to client Change Management process defined
  • FirewallPolicy Configuration Backups.
  • In addition, deletions & modification of the rules will be processed via the change management process.
  • Housekeeping of device logs and monitoring storage space requirements.
  • Creation of site-to-site VPN as per Customer s requirements.
  • Necessary support for restoration or drill
  • Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
  • Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist
  • Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
  • Troubleshooting of device issues in case of any problems identified or reported.
  • Reinstallations raise due to incidents
  • Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management
  • Recommendation and Rollout of New policies
  • Device signature/firmware upgrade as per a release from OEMs.
  • Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
  • Troubleshooting offirewallin case of any problems identified or reported.
  • Applying patches/updates when and where required after Customer change approval.
  • Vendor coordination

Skills

Requirements

  • CCNA/CCNP Security or equivalent certification)
  • AWS/GCP certified.
