Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities:
-Looking for the one who have handled complex Java Projects, Agile methodologies, waterfall method & Davos environment.
-Managing a team of 15-20, basically understanding technology and not a plain Project Manager, who post client interaction is not completely delegating it to his/her Team members but looks for which tools needs to be used to main the Code Quality as per benchmark.
-The personmay check for deviation of parameters why its happening with regards to coding and designing.
-The person should be able to review Macro Level (Low Level Design).
-Should have an understanding of what is Microservices, Spring boot, Junit, SonarQube, Cucumber, Moquito, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Code review toos/Code quality tools, Jmeter, Selenium.
-Should know what a solution architecture document would contain, especially the scope of the project, tools (does the tools mentioned are sufficient).
-Lastly, the personneeds to estimate, track and deliver the project to the customer.
