About Process:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Title: HR RECRUITER - BULK HIRING
Location: Mumbai -Lower Parel
Experience: 1-2 Years

Requirements:
  • Responsible to gather the hiring requirement of the company and develop Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Managing end-to-end talent acquisition for the allocated territory
  • Determining current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Identify channel source mix to close position across different levels within prescribed TAT
  • Actively engage stakeholders in the recruitment process and allied activities
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, campus recruitments & other events for recruitment as well as employer branding activity
  • Create, update and share recruitment related MIS, analyze cost per hire and work on strategies to minimize it
  • Collaboration with Regional HR and Location Admins to facilitate recruitment at respective location.
  • Work on talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
  • Experience in handling Employee Referral process & Vendor management
  • Desired candidate eligibility:
  • Proven experience of minimum 1-2 years into core talent acquisition (Bulk Hiring)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Excellent negotiation and people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
Education: Graduate with Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment(bulk hiring)

Shift timings: 10.30am - 08.00pm

Salary Range: 2.8 LPA CTC (2.6 LPA Inhand)

Weekly Off: SATURDAY & SUNDAY FIXED OFF
USP BRAND , WEEKEND FIXED OFF

Rounds of Interview: HR , OPERATIONS MANAGER, HOD

Documents: Educational + Identity Proof + Residential Proof +Offer Letter + Salary Proof (Bank Statement+ Pay slip) + Relieving documents

Vendor Payout: 6.00%

Claw back: 90 days
