Job Summary Were looking for an experienced Talent Coordinator to join Couchbase Talent. Your main priorities will lie within coordination and talent operations, but up to 40% of your time will be focused on sourcing for high priority roles across our global ecosystem. In this role, you will utilize your passion for excellent customer service and maniacal attention to detail to drive the candidate experience from interviews all the way through to the final offer. Whether its through the day-to-day administration of the recruiting process, improving candidate experience or sourcing amazing candidates, you will gain exposure to the world of talent acquisition, and truly see your impact on our ever evolving organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively and wants to continue flexing their coordination skills and gain more experience with Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

    • Liaise with candidates and Couchbase hiring teams to coordinate interviews, whether phone interviews, video interviews or onsite visits when appropriate
    • Communicate with candidates regularly via email and phone to ensure they have accurate interview information in preparation for their interviews
    • Oversee travel arrangements for candidates (post-COVID)
    • Maintain our applicant tracking system and job postings ensuring utter and complete accuracy
    • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates for roles across the organization
    • Collaborate with recruiters and managers to shape the hiring process, delivering a highly personalized candidate experience
    • Be a dynamic part of building a smart and collaborative recruiting culture
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience with sourcing
    • Prior experience with maintaining and telling stories with data
    • Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Minimum Qualifications

    • Attention to detail and the ability to remain organized even when presented with high volumes of people or information
    • 1+ years experience as a coordinator or administrative assistant (whether in a professional or student capacity)
    • High EQ and great with building relationships across all levels of an organization
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
    • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
