Roles & Responsibility

  • Creating New B2B Clients, maintaining same in long run and work for the direct central coordination between the Regional Office & the Client.
  • Working for the logistics Associations; associating Mini Trucks, tempo, E loader& other commercial vehicle available in the city for the Produce transfer.
  • Sourcing, Inducing & Deputing required lower manpower staff and labors in collaboration with the central HR Team.
  • Creating strategies and scaling no of business clients.
  • Increasing the Daily Orders for individual business Clients.
  • Creating new business expansion strategies in collaboration with the State Head.
  • High Coordination Required.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Positive Approach toward Everything.
  • Multitasking.
  • Large Team Handling which includes lower staffs specially.
  • Local language Required.
  • Highly connected.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Agriculture study an added Advantage.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
