Job Overview: Coursera is searching for a sharp, motivated, and result oriented Mulesoft expert to join our team as a Senior Mulesoft Developer to develop scalable integration solutions for business applications. You will partner with Salesforce, Data Engineering and Infra, and business team to design, architect and build performant integration solutions following the best practices of an API-led connectivity. You will produce high quality code in an agile environment. Responsibilities: Requirement gathering and translating them to designs, technical and architectural documents, and codes. Configure AnyPoint VPC such as DLB, custom domains, security certificate, URL mapping, environments, and access. Design, build, and deploy scalable and secure Mule APIs and ETL pipelines following Mulesoft s best practices, Troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, enhancing Mule applications, and fixing bugs. API governance and security implementations leveraging AnyPoint Platform s API Manager. Create Munit, Functional, Integration, and Load tests. Basic Qualifications: BSC degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields. Overall 6+ years of relevant experience in software development and 4+ years of experience in Mulesoft (preferably Mule 4). Extensive experience in designing, building, deploying and monitoring scalable, reusable and secured network of applications following an API-led connectivity/microservice architecture. Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in building REST APIs and event driven real-time integrations. Experience in building high volume data ETL pipelines leveraging on Mulesoft s batch processing. Experience in API governance and security implementations using API Manager including SLA Tier, OAuth 2, JWT, and ClientID Enforcement, and Access Management such as SSO, AnyPoint Business Groups, and Roles/Teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in one or more the following is a plus but not required: MCD-Level I, MCIA- Level I, MCPA - Level I Prior experience in integrating Salesforce, AWS, and Netsuite. Working knowledge of SQL and/or other programming languages such as Java and Python. Result oriented, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a commitment to inclusion and diversity and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
