Regional Manager-west & South Job in Coverfox Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team.
• Responsible to deliver the budgets with support of state heads
• Recruitment of POS and strategic partners in line with the plan
• Manage existing dealer networks by building a strong and cordial relationship with them.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
• Develop creative and innovative ways to market Company s product or services.

Requirement:

• Ability to provide direction and collaborate with the in-house sales/marketing team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration environments.
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Should be Proactive and take ownership to meet sales deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Insurance sales.
