Responsibilities:

• Design, Deliver and help execute the strategy for the POSP channel
• Responsible for the compliance and Sales Governance, Analytics & MIS
• Devise the performance management system for POS employees as well as agent.
• Design a robust a reward & recognition programme for the POS agents
• Devise a digital communication strategy with the agents to enhance the engagement with agents

• Conceptual clarity with a bend of execution
• Earlier Team Management experience.
