Responsibilities:
- Design, Deliver and help execute the strategy for the POSP channel
- Responsible for the compliance and Sales Governance, Analytics & MIS
- Devise the performance management system for POS employees as well as agent.
- Design a robust a reward & recognition programme for the POS agents
- Devise a digital communication strategy with the agents to enhance the engagement with agents
Requirement:
- Conceptual clarity with a bend of execution
- Earlier Team Management experience.
