Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Best Practices are adopted and all team members operate to the highest professional standards.
  • Develop and Implement operating plans for the territory so as to deliver sales targets.
  • Ensure distribution of responsibilities pertaining to the clients & prospective clients between team.
  • Coordinate monitor and review the sales efforts of the POS team.
  • Obtain regular feedback and build in new ideas based on market reports.

Requirement:

  • Having the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and selling skills.
  • Problem solving and decision-making capability.
  • Influencing and selling skills.
  • Aptitude for financial numbers.
