Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business intelligence on current, former and potential clients through conferences, online research, cold calls, email campaigns and social media interaction in order to maximize outreach strategy.
  • Work with the marketing team to create marketing collaterals.
  • Deliver presentations, demo the product, and build relationships that could result in new business opportunities.
  • Drive to maintain a Sales Funnel/pipeline of prospects, leads, and opportunities and maintain CRM information. Drive towards creating a healthy funnel.
  • Should be part of the sales calls, maintain MOMs, set up the next action items, prepare for the subsequent calls and get things ready from different stakeholders.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements and aligning them to opportunities that qualify with our product portfolio.
  • Must maintain and communicate an accurate pipeline and forecast, taking responsibility for customer follow-up.
  • Provide feedback to product team on market/client feedback obtained during the sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on US SaaS product or Healthcare industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of products at CoverSelf.
  • Maintain relevant conference list and book conferences and our booth.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to understand the requirements and start new initiatives.
  • Partner closely with all stakeholders to form a strong, mutually supportive and effective business team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Inside Sales experience, gained ideally within a US SaaS products or Healthcare industry will be highly regarded
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Great prospecting skills by leveraging networking, cold calling, and exposure to conferences
  • Need to have a proven track record of independently converting leads into wins and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networks in the US Healthcare ecosystem
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proactive, willing to learn and a team player
  • Willing to work in a growing startup
  • Immediate joiner
