Job Summary
Responsible for all the activities relating to the students placement. He will be specializing in different technical stream. Help students identify employment options that match their career interests. Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers. Conduct tele calling with a purpose to generate prospective clients for the organisation Responsible for follow ups and coordination with the team to ensure the leads has been turned in to placements Assist in organizing employment events, meets, and calendar events of the department. Assist with maintaining employer database(s) of students placed. Maintain student files as needed. Contact and tie up with companies to develop partnerships for placement, internship and opportunities. To reach out to companies in a systematic manner so as to bring them for campus drive. Coordinate for the campus drive. Generating placement opportunities for Cranes students through mapping, approaching and tie-up with companies, industries etc. To handle end-to-end placement and training related activities. Will conduct the competitor mapping exercise on courses, contents, offerings, fees & its promotion. Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process. Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student fit/potential placements. Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting on revenue targets qualified lead generations & business growth.
