Responsibilities Good Project Management and team management experience Good Experience in working with global customer Excellent Communication skills Won the complete responsibility of performance of the team Identify the training needs for the team and provide / arrange required trainings for the team Act Single point of contact for all Electrical requirements Need review deliverables from offshore before delivering to customer Rail Domain experience is an Advantage Able to generate innovative electrical solutions to problems of intermediate to high complexity Determine feasibility of modifying existing, or designing new equipment while considering the cost, time limitations, and other technical and economic factors Analyze product or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine possible design improvements. Understands the rules that govern the design of RDSO, AAR and FRA regulated equipment and their implications on machine designs Responsibilities Responsible for delivering quality, accurate releases of engineering documentation of moderate to high complexity. Checks own work and the work of others. Follows procedures and standards accurately Provide technical leadership on projects Lead design reviews consisting of multi-disciplined team members Required Skills Project Management and team management Rail Domain Experience Won the complete responsibility of performance of the team
