Postgraduate in business management/ marketing/ communications with 12-16 years in top tier MNC advertising agencies. May have some exposure to marketing as well. Must be extremely passionate about the advertising business and the impact of the work and culture of the workplace. Ability to hire and lead teams. Should have led and demonstrated new business gains. Comfort in dealing with clients at the decision-making level. Should be able to provide effective business and team leadership. Maturity and sensitivity to handle clients, colleagues, and other business associates. Exceptional written and verbal communication; initiative and follow-through skills. Strong influencing skills. Deep comfort with digital and technology. A deep desire and commitment to always create truly outstanding output. Well organised, tenacious and possess a positive executive presence.
