Job Summary A full time postgraduate in HR with PQE of 14-18 years, of which at least 12 in talent acquisition in top- tier corporates. Ideally have significant experience in hiring talent in media/advertising/broadcast/internet/publishing/activation/digital. Sound understanding of business imperatives to be able to partner senior management, including CEOs. Should have led a team of atleast 10. May have only corporate side experience or premier executive search firm experience or a combination of both. An ability to attract, impact, evaluate and on-board candidates with consistency. High on energy, innovation, maturity, and tenacity. A strong bias for action. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Excellent time management / project management skills. Ability to establish quality relationships, a strong communication link and credibility with business. teams. Ability to switch between execution and strategy mode most effortlessly. Possess a high concern for standards. Comfort in matrixed and fast paced environments.
