Duties and Responsibilities Gather, analyze and document business requirements. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve processes and systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs. Participate in the design and development of software solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure software meets business needs. Work with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals for new software solutions. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis for IT projects in the banking industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
