Work Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Sales Data Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Data Analyst to help drive analysis and reporting. As a Data Analyst you'll be working very closely with Operations managers to help derive deep insights about sales operations and customer profiles that will be used drive sales growth and operational efficiencies. You'll be working with data from numerous different sources, helping to manipulate that data and present back your findings to your team. Advanced Excel is essential in this role, along with understanding how technology can improvement performance and business efficiency.

About you:

• You have 3 years'+ experience as working as a Data Analyst or Sales Data Analyst
• Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to analyse and produce reports and recommendations
• Keen eye for accuracy and detail-orientated
• Experience with reporting / dashboard technologies such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• An effective communicator who is passionate about joining a fast-growing FinTech start-up

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements from the business on reporting needs
• Analysing data to spot trend & present findings back to stakeholders in the business
• Forecast sales and operations performance v target
• Analysing data and systems to identify opportunities for performance improvement, to spot trends and to improve business efficiency
• Analyse team and individual statistics to provide insights and recommendations
• Regularly analysing data to ensure accuracy and keep errors to a minimum
• Managing multiple tasks and projects of varying size
• Support, work closely and provide input to internal CRM development team
• Produce regular performance management reports
• Preparing MIS reports and making recommendations to management
