Devops Engineer Job in Crediwatch

Role:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build and scale our functional systems that improve customer experience.

DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Python(or any other scripting language), we d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.

Responsibilities:

• You will be talking to customers to understand their requirements and Implementing the integrations requested by customers.

• You will be Implementing DevOps pipelines.

• You will be deploying application updates and fixes

• You will be providing level 2 technical support

• You will perform root cause analysis for production errors

• You will develop scripts for automation

• You will be suggesting changes to conform to AWS' Well-Architected Framework guidelines

You have:

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role

• Knowledge in Kubernetes and Docker components is a plus.

• Well-versed with DevOps architectural patterns, Best practices, CI/CD practices using various DevOps tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, BitBucket Pipeline, code deploy, etc. is mandatory.

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL is a plus

• Experience in one of the configuration management tools like Ansible, chef, puppet, etc.

• Knowledge in Cloudformation or Terraform to build infrastructure is good to have.

• Administrative experience with Linux servers(Ubuntu/RHEL)

• Must have good knowledge in basic AWS services like EC2, VPC, ALB, CloudFront, Route53, S3, Lamda, RDS, API gateway, lambda, cognito etc.

• Good knowledge of scripting languages like python

• Knowledge in setup and configuring of monitoring tools.
