Job Brief

• As an Architect, you would plan and design the technology architecture using best practices.
• Understand company needs and define system/technology specifications.
• Design the Deployment Architecture and Microservices to achieve performance, fault tolerance, redundancy and scalability.
• Ensure good system deliverables (i.e. conduct code review, set coding standards, etc).
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

You will:

• Provide design and architecture guidance to team members and Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.
• Ensure the implementation of architecture and infrastructure.
• Communicate system requirements to engineering teams.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
• Be responsible for understanding and implementing security and data protection best practices.
• Bring in a passion for technology and hunger to learn

You have:

• 10+ years of relevant experience and at least 4+ years of experience in working in cloud(AWS/Azure) technologies.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Lead Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Concepts, Programming and Methodology.
• Good understanding of the principles of Microservices Design as well as Microservices patterns and anti-patterns.
• Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. Ruby, Python and Javascript).
• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. UNIX, Windows) and databases (e.g. MongoDB, MySQL).
• Experience in cloud and container technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• A Master's degree or bachelors from a top tier institution.
• Experience of working in a Startup.
• Excellent problem solving, relationship management, negotiation & conflict management, analysis skills, able to work in a team and individually.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and define complex processes.
