Job Summary

Responsibilities: Develop content for Indian Recruitment Landscape, taking into account market and industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to strengthen our brand and promote our insights and capabilities. Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and target audience. Create compelling long-form content, blog posts, articles, and other written materials that effectively communicate our brand messaging and engage our target audience. Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content, incorporating industry trends, best practices, and SEO principles. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers and subject matter experts, to gather information and insights necessary for content development. Optimize content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and organic traffic through effective keyword usage and on-page SEO techniques. Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content writing and SEO. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. Supporting of marketing strategy delivery: Event management including invitation and RSVP management, Co-ordination and posting of social media update, Co-ordination on Media and Sponsorship activities and Distribution List and Campaign management Communicating effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign briefs and objectives are clear and data-driven Requirements: Post Graduate in Marketing. Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts across teams Experience in writing content for B2B/ B2C target audience. Digital and social savvy; solid experience in data-driven approach to content engagement Proven experience as a content writer, with a portfolio of high-quality written work. Passionate about creating client engaging content and keen on evaluating content impact for continuous improvement Proficiency in conducting research and distilling complex information into engaging and easily understandable content. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML. Detail-oriented with exceptional grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.
