Job Summary
Deputy Manager-SOX & Compliance (2+ years) A role of SOX and Compliance having experience of more than 2 years in Audit and minimum One year of experience in SOX. Location: Mumbai Your Future Employer: A leading Business Process Management (BPM) company providing transformational solutions with over 400 clients across various industries. Responsibilities: 1. Performing risk assessment. 2. Identifying mitigating controls performing test of design efficiency and test of operating effectiveness for the processes assigned. 3. Knowledge of accounting standards, preferably IFRS and its application interpretation. 4. Maintaining deficiency tracker and discuss the same with the process owners monthly. 5. Ensuring that any changes to policies procedures applications for the allocated processes are assessed for risk and pragmatic controls are recommended and implemented 6. Liaising with external auditors to co-ordinate and discuss audit assignments issues and audit observations Requirements: 1. Independent analytical and positive mind 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill 3. Ability to deal with people in different levels including senior management. 4. Conversant with risk-based audit approach and conducting risk assessments 5. Good presentation and report writing skills 6. Command over MS Excel Word and Power Point What is in it for you?
