Insurance Operations (Policy Renewals) - (6 Years+) - Mumbai
We're in search of candidates with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 6years of experience in Insurance Operations. Preferably, we're looking for someone with involvement in Policy renewals, and the flexibility to work during US Shifts is essential.

Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary point of contact for the branch, providing comprehensive support
Understanding and implementation of guidelines, policies and procedures
Responsible for end-to-end support of the policy lifecycle services
Supporting a team of 4 - 5 Client Managers (~70 Accounts) at the branch
Conducting end to end renewal activities
Fostering and maintaining a positive relationship with branch (onshore) staff to enhance the overall customer experience
Handling queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work at service center
Requirements:
Graduation in any field with minimum 6 years of experience in Backend Insurance Operations and 3 years of Team Handling experience on papers
Flexible to work in any shift timings as per business requirements
Hands on experience in Healthcare Insurance with Employee Benefits.
Excellent communication skill.
