Responsibilities:
Led the launch of innovative and replicable indices for index funds and ETFs.
Oversee the daily index computation, rebalancing, and reconstitution activities.
Stay abreast of corporate actions affecting indices and maintain a strong understanding of equity markets.
Track competition and global practices related to passive investments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and implement best practices.
Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports for senior management and external agencies.
Provide leadership, supervision, and planning for the team (applicable to candidates with 4 to 7 years of experience).
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
4 to 7 years of experience in equity index computation or related roles.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of coding languages (Good to Have).
