Looking for a 5+ years of experienced Consulting professional with a thorough understanding of strategic consulting methodologies in Energy & Environment practices and proven success of direct client interaction.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership - Managing project teams, ensure delivery of consulting engagements, including presenting and communicating on the ground with clients, all the way to the C-suite.
Research and Strategic Evaluation - Developing powerful, actionable strategic recommendations while driving end-to-end project execution.
Team Development Leading, managing, mentoring and motivating consultants & analysts; promoting innovative ideas, creativity and best practices.
Business Support Leveraging sector/ technology knowledge in supporting on proposals.
Thought Leadership Keeping abreast with the latest happening in the industry and share novel ideas and thoughts through various platforms
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years experience, with a top tier strategy consulting firm, and/ or a strategy role in a company within the sectors of focus outlined above.
At least 5 years of relevant and similar experience in Energy & Environment domain.
Graduate or advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA; Certificate in project management is a plus
A thorough understanding of market intelligence and strategy development; Demonstrable skills in problem solving and modelling, with an analytical approach
Verbal and written communication skills coupled with exceptional presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the region
