Job Summary
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
  • Lead and mentor QA team members.
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
  • Assist with software integration and ensuring software features/defects are delivered with the correct software versions/projects.
  • Work directly with customers on project requirements, attend weekly customer calls, communicate project status etc.
  • Experience directly testing APIs to ensure they meet requirements for functionality, reliability, performance and security
  • Actively participate in the QA process enhancements.
  • Responsible for attending client calls as and when its required.
  • Responsible to groom other junior QA engineers, review their project work, help them technically, do test plan and test case reviews of team members.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and other QA team members in ensuring high-quality products.
  • Develop and execute test plans/test cases/test scenarios.
  • 6+ years of proven hands on solid experience in manual testing and QA concepts.
  • Experienced in doing test estimation, tests planning and designing.
  • Experience in managing projects & handling customer calls.
  • Experience with different testing types like Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Database etc.
  • Should possess good analytical and communication skills.
  • Expert in identifying & writing Test Scenarios, Test Cases
  • Sound knowledge of Defect Management Cycle and logging defects.
  • Experience in working with Test Management tools like TFS, JIRA.
  • Good problem solving & communication skills.
  • Flexible resource to work in multiple projects.
  • Flexible resource in terms of working hours.

Qualification :
MCA or BE/B. Tech/M.Tech Computer Science, ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) is good to have
Experience Required :

Minimum 6 Years
