Senior Software Engineer - Corejava / Python Job in Crest Data Systems

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for software engineers to join our engineering team in Ahmedabad.The primary responsibility will be to help design and develop Enterprise Software for our Global Fortune 500 clients in Data Analytics, SecurityandCloud segments. The job requires an understanding of at least one of the technologies such as Data Analytics (Splunk, Elastic Search, Apache Spark, Hadoop), Software Defined Networking (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX), Security (Endpoint, SOAR, Analytics), Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure) etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery including understanding customer requirements, developing software, performing unit testing, QA hand off / bug fixing, customer delivery, and maintenance
• Candidate is expected to work with cross functional teams and participate in scrum calls and daily stand-up meetings to deliver quality product / solution that meets customer s timelines

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in software architecture, system design and development
• Extensive software development experience in any of the programming languages such as C, C++, Core JAVA, Python
• Experience in developing RESTful Web services using any framework
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures
• Experience with Linux programming, or expertise in the areas of Big Data, Networking, Storage, or Virtualization is a big plus
• Experience with working on Agile Software development methodology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision
• Minimum qualification of BE in Computer Science or equivalent
