Job Summary
  • Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, change management support and expertise.
  • Prepare and manage the Project schedule and cost throughout the project life cycle including collecting the information, analysis of trends and reporting, budgeting, prepare forecasts, opportunities, and vulnerabilities.
  • Fully understand the scope of the project, contractual requirements, identify the major milestones and set clear priorities for the project team.
  • Prepare cost and schedule estimates for various milestone reviews.
  • Development and maintenance of project controls related plans and procedures
  • Participate in EPC meetings to ensure common understanding of project controls requirements.
  • Subcontractors management and monitoring and appraising the performance of the subcontractor in the areas of cost control, progress measurement, cost corrective actions and recovery plans and making sure needed action plans are implemented.
  • Participate in gathering and recording lessons learned for the project.
  • Participate in project close-out activities.
