Job Description We are hiring a Human Resource Executive who can look after activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management. The candidate should promote company values and shape a positive culture Responsibilities Handling all the resources and taking care of the human element of it Ensuring all the processes from recruitment to employee relations and performance are set in a process, regulated and handled with utmost professionalism Recruitment policy, building pool of talents and ensuring lower turn over Developing and promoting ethical and moral values to shape a positive work culture in the office Requirements A professional degree in Human Resource Management All the required skills and experience required in handling a dynamic team Knowledge of cricket and its tread will be considered an additional advantage Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR certifications or qualifications are a plus. Proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations. Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Previous experience in HR administration or support roles is preferred.
