Designation:

Business Associate Client Servicing

Shift Timing:

6 am to 3 pm/ 3 pm to 12 am/ 10 pm to 7 am
(The incumbent would be required to be flexible to work in all 3 shifts)

Weekly Off:

Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab
  • Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies
  • Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
  • Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and home team
  • Build strategies to facilitate existing client engagement, create new client base, identify potentially high value clients, build effective and long term client relationships
  • Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers
  • Efficiently handle information management that maintain client records

Desired Candidate Profile

MANDATORY WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduates from any stream
  • Minimum 1 4 years experience into Client servicing / Customer Service/ Business Development/ Key Account Management
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook
  • Good technical solution finding skills
  • Ability to easily acclimatize to different cultural backgrounds

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelors or Master s degree in any field
