KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research, analyze , collect, capture, and address all essential aspects of KYC including but not limited necessary documents/ information, drilling down on beneficial ownership for higher risk clients, and addressing sanctions issues

2.Coordinate directly with bank stakeholders to obtain relevant KYC requirements.

3.Maintain customer record data that via request, data anomaly reports, and remediation.

4.Promptly respond to queries and assist with problem-solving of matters received from personnel internal to the Bank

5.Maintain detailed tracking of KYC file status and other customer record activities to ensure completion within required timeframes

6.General understanding of BSA/AML/OFAC/SAR regulations

7.Excellent attention to detail, organized approach and strong problem solving/facilitation abilities

8.Mature approach with excellent influential communication (verbal/written) skills

9.Effective Internet and research skills and usage of third-party tools such as Dun Bradstreet, LexisNexis, government registries, etc.

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE

1.The candidate should have prior experience in financial crime alert clearing and/or analysis.

2.Candidate with experience in AML Compliance, Due diligence, corporate investigations and/or Actimize/Accuity system experience will be preferred

3.Good analytical and problem solving skills along with good verbal and written communication skills

4.Ability to work with colleagues across global locations remotely. Good stakeholder management skills

5.The candidate should be process oriented, have attention to detail, and have good time management skills

MINIMUM & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS At least 10 years of management experience including transformational project management
