Job Summary

Job Description: The Salesforce Quality Lead will be responsible for bringing quality to Salesforce projects by understanding the requirements, design, and solution followed by creating a plan suitable to perform QA for the projects, within the strict timelines. Roles and Responsibilities Technical lead is responsible for designing and provide solutions on the CRM platform (Salesforce) to meet client requirements. Design think into client s use of CRM purpose and recommend roadmap of solutions. Strong collaboration with business stakeholders to create proofs of concept as means of eliciting and defining requirements. Review solutions and recommend improvements. Engage to effective grooming of product backlog. Own the design of salesforce and solutions customized for business. Involve in the continuous best practices and minimize technical debts. Maintain the Salesforce environments. Translate functional and technical requirements into IT solutions. Strong consulting experience on Salesforce cloud, service cloud design and implementation. A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy. Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals. Solid hands-on Salesforce solution architect experience in service cloud, community portal and core features. Proficiency in agile estimates the requirements based on the design implementations chunking into MVPs. Expertise adhering agile methodology for delivering software solutions. Work with project managers, business owners and business analysts to understand business requirements and solution design. Desired skills and experience Overall 5 to 8 years experience in Manual Testing with minimum 2+ years of experience on Salesforce CRM application with any clouds like Sales, Service and Marketing with a strong functional knowledge with LWC components. Excellent communication and leadership skills required. Perform unit, functional, smoke, integrations, and regression testing. Ensure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specification and have sufficient test coverage. Should have exposure to Automation (Katalon/Selenium). Experience in Test/Defect Management tool (Preferably in JIRA/Zephyr). Good to have CLM, Marketing Cloud and R&A testing. Able to perform Test configurations on SFDC platform like Roles, profiles, PS, Groups, OWD, Triggers, and Execution batches, visual force pages, LWC etc. Mandatory to have data import/export using data loader / work bench. Experience in writing the SOQL and SOSL queries. Proven expertise in Agile software development especially Scrum and Kanban. Experience in API Testing & DB testing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good to have SFDC Certified Professional.
