Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strong OO design and development in relationship to UI components
  • The ideal candidate works independently with challenging goals and delivers.
  • Reports risks and impediments to project manager
  • Very good problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies/frameworks quickly
  • UIKit/AutoLayout
  • Networking: frameworks from Apple and well know frameworks (like RestKit, AFNetworking, etc)
  • GDC, blocks, NSQueues (threading and background)
  • CoreData and associated Frameworks
  • Categories/Protocols/Patterns (MMVC, MVC in iOS, Delegate/Protocol/etc)
  • SDKS from apple: Maps, Audio, Camera, etc
  • RESTful model mapping
