Position Overview
As a CPQ Consultant with Crowe Horwath IT Services LLP, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business challenges and technical solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with project teams and customers to understand client needs, design and build custom CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions, and deliver innovative real-world solutions using Salesforce best practices. You will be expected to uphold our highest standards in delivering high-quality, customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise as a Salesforce Consultant, with a strong technical aptitude to understand data models, solutions, system integrations, automation (including Flows), and implement these through the configuration of the Salesforce platform.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to capture business needs, define requirements, and analyze business processes.
- Collaborate with a Solution Architect or Engagement Lead to implement projects and solutions as assigned, contributing to the design and delivery of workstreams.
- Foster a desire to learn, extend your Salesforce expertise, and share knowledge with others.
- Take initiative and demonstrate a high level of ownership and drive to achieve quality outcomes.
- Participate in the QA of completed work, ensuring all deliverables meet the project requirements.
- Analyze complex client objectives and processes to create technical documentation, including client demos and end-user training as needed.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and delivery team members to ensure the overall success of the project.
Experience & Requirements
(Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills)
- Deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash business process and supporting technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or Lead to Cash (CPQ/CLM) implementations, including managing multiple large-scale, full-life-cycle enterprise implementations.
- Demonstrated experience and competency with Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud, with additional exposure to Conga and other Salesforce core products being highly preferred.
- Salesforce CPQ certifications and a minimum of 3 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience within industries such as Manufacturing, FinServ, or SaaS is a huge plus!
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
- Prior experience leading and owning enterprise strategic projects from end to end.
- Experience providing business/operations/technical consulting to senior leaders across organizations of various sizes (SMB to Enterprise).
- Strong dynamic communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at all levels of an organization (both clients and prospects).
- Ability to log time daily for client and project reporting needs.
- Positive, solutions-oriented approach is critical, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Prior leadership experience is highly desired.
- Strong ability to work closely with U.S.-based teams and clients.
