SEO Responsibilities

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of growing the quality and quantity of website traffic by increasing the visibility of a website or a web page to users of a web search engine. SEO refers to the improvement of unpaid results (known as natural _x009d_ or organic _x009d_ results) and excludes direct traffic and the purchase of paid placement.

SEO Manager, Also known as an SEO Specialist, are responsible for editing and creating content that includes keywords which are featured more often in search engine results. SEO may target different kinds of searches, including image search, video search, academic search, news search, and industry-specific vertical search engines. Promoting a site to increase the number of backlinks, or inbound links, is another SEO tactic.

SEO Manager plan, develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings. Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies. Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
