Job Summary
Lead and manage the IT department, including hiring, training, etc.. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security and efficient operation of IT systems. Responsible for Backup and Restorations Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's goals. Identify and recommend new technologies to improve business processes and support critical business strategies. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks. Ensure the security of IT systems from potential threats and develop disaster recovery plans. Coordinate and communicate with various departments to understand their technology needs and ensure IT systems support organizational goals. Manage TMS (Translation Management systems), Translation Memory, Resources, etc..
