• Service Branch operations
• Clearing Transactions
• Handle customer queries
• Will be responsible for adherence of the policies and procedures of the bank.
• Responsible for circulating proper MIS to the department heads on the activities.
• Analytical skills

KRA:

• Comply with the rules and policies of the bank
• Customer Profile Updation
• Ensure the TAT prescribed for each file
• Co-ordination with CBS and Branches
• Maintain and circulate MIS relevant to the above functions
