Vigilance Officer Job in Csb Bank Ltd.

Job Description

a) Conducting vigilance angle investigation, submitting synopsis to MD & CEO, if fraud is suspected, reporting the same to RBI, examination of staff accountability aspects pertaining to frauds, theft, loss of key etc.

b) Conducting Preventive Vigilance Audit at branches- Submitting synopsis to MD & CEO, obtaining FRC.

c) Issuance of caution notes on internal frauds and caution advises on other Bank frauds intimated by RBI /IBA.

d) Submission of statutory returns to RBI / Regulators within timeline.

e) Investigation of Whistle blower complaints and to take appropriate actions based on findings of investigation. f

) Timely submission of notes to Board / ACB / CMF.

g) Analyzing Cyber related frauds and customer complaints received at the department.

h) Issuance of circulars/memo to branches/offices.

i) Review of Cyber frauds in Fraud Review Council.
