Job Profile
Ensure In-depth and up to date understanding of mining Acts, Rules and Amendments made time-to-time of various mining sectors and production work flows
Provide expert knowledge and insights on mining processes, operations, and industry regulations to guide software development
Act as a trusted advisor to the product development team during the requirement phase as a SME and offering guidance on key mining workflows and functional requirements with proper documentation.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and emerging standards in the mining sector.
Review and validate software functionalities to ensure they accurately matches the client requirement.
Support the delivery team in identifying discrepancies within the application and Propose new features, improvements, and enhancements that would benefit the users and meet the client s expectations
Contribute to user manuals, training guides, and knowledge base content to support user on boarding and adoption.
Ensuring that the software solution is successfully meeting organizations business goals
Work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to engage with clients and understand their specific needs, pain points, and workflows to build out new features that best addresses on the market/client/project need
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
Defining and prioritize domain based features and requirements for software enhancement
Provide input to SRS, FRS preparation after system study
Active participation during UAT at client place.
Candidate Profile
A strong understanding of Mining Acts, Rules, and amendments is essential.
Sound Knowledge on Government Regulatory process compliance in context to mining
Must be ready to travel for client interaction & make presentations.
Candidate should have good exposure to client interaction.
Should have very good communication & interpersonal skill.
Candidate must be smart & should have good presentation skill.
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MBA / MCA
