Supporting creation of formal RFIs/RFP/proposal responses in discussion with internal units

Collecting and analyze customer business needs

Responsible for the timely planning, management and completion of the allocated sections of bid submissions

Compiling, updating and maintaining a library of company standard tender documentation

Ensuring proposal documentation is fully compliant with client specifications and requirements

Giving presentations to different prospects, clients and team members

Travelling across locations globally for short visits [client visits] as & when required
