Job Summary Job Description Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of construction projects from concept to completion. The Architect will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates. Provide administrative support to project managers: scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, agendas, and minutes. Assist in planning and executing construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination of permits, inspections, and approvals. Monitor project milestones and track progress to ensure timely completion. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and permits. Communicate project status to stakeholders, addressing issues as needed. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate and track project change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication. Collaborate with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team on cost reports and cash flow monitoring. Prepare and maintain project risk logs, tracking and mitigating risks effectively. Facilitate communication between project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Assist in pre-construction and post-construction phases. Support project closeout activities by compiling and finalizing project documentation. About You: Education: B.Arch degree Experience: Residential, Commercial Buildings, Hospitality, or Healthcare projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
