Job Summary
Job Title: Assistant Project Engineer - BMS Experience: 6 to 8 years in industrial projects Education: B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or related field Job Description Summary: This role is responsible for the service and maintenance of Fire Protection Systems, Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems. Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle is a key objective. Key Responsibilities: Review PFDs and share observations with the client s design team or consultant. Hands-on experience with various types of industrial process plants. Design control panels based on site surveys and existing documentation. Create operations and maintenance documents, including equipment schedules and site reports. Perform electrical and mechanical installation checks, addressing issues when they arise. Conduct site surveys to document current conditions and provide maintenance quotes or energy-saving suggestions. Carry out pre- and post-commissioning checks to ensure systems operate as intended. Write detailed project status reports for stakeholders and senior management. Provide maintenance and service support for existing BMS systems, ensuring smooth operation. About You: B.E. degree with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in industrial projects. Technical awareness of civil and electro-mechanical works. Strong organizational and motivational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and observational ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
