Job Description Summary: The Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating the operational management of buildings and associated facilities, ensuring efficient operations, safety compliance, and creating productive environments for occupants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical & Operational Expertise Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and Building Management Systems (BMS). Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Drive energy management and sustainability initiatives. Oversee asset management and lifecycle planning. 2. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to local regulations, fire safety norms, and environmental compliance. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments. Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). 3. Budgeting & Cost Control Manage OPEX, CAPEX, and CAM operations effectively. Optimize costs and develop financial plans for facilities operations. 4. Leadership & Team Management Lead large teams across multiple sites. Train and mentor technical staff to ensure high performance. 5. Crisis Management & Business Continuity Develop emergency preparedness and disaster recovery plans. Make quick decisions in high-pressure situations to ensure continuity.
