We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager to oversee our steel fabrication operations in

Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing structural steel fabrication

projects and possess a deep understanding of the steel fabrication ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate structural steel fabrication projects in Ahmedabad, ensuring timely

completion and adherence to quality standards.

2. Expedite and oversee multiple fabrication vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient

resource allocation.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, manpower contractors, raw material

vendors, and other stakeholders in the steel fabrication ecosystem.

4. Demonstrate quick response to challenges encountered on the shop floor, implementing

effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

5. Handle customer queries and concerns promptly, providing satisfactory resolutions to ensure

customer satisfaction.

6. Adaptability and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and

effectiveness in demanding environments.

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in steel fabrication projects, preferably in Ahmedabad.

2. Proven experience in managing multiple fabrication vendors and expediting operations.

3. In-depth understanding of the steel fabrication ecosystem, including fabricators, manpower

contractors, and raw material vendors.

4. Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage resources efficiently and overcome

challenges on the shop floor.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing issues as they arise.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
