About this role:

This position is responsible for overall implementation, management and enhancement of Cvents Salesforce.com Instance CRM, ensuring complete alignment with integrated corporate systems, AppExchange ecosystem and integrated Cvent Products. Manage and lead team of developers, admins, domain specialists, and business analyst in delivering effective change & release management. Incumbent will be responsible to implement industry best practices around architecture, design, security, administration, development, business continuity. Work closely with teams across Corporate System, stakeholders, Cvent executives and to ensure effective business process management, automation, and improvement.

Reporting: this position reports to Director, IT Corporate Systems

What you will be doing:

Overall responsibility for SFDC production support

Manage key projects and resources as needed

Manage Key SFDC integrations with financial systems, Cvent product and other corporate systems

Implement industry best practices across all business verticals on SFDC at Cvent

Consultative approach to stakeholder management and drive creative resolution to business needs

Own and run SFDC production support team and processes

SFDC ADM and Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Certification, Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Experience working as salesforce architecture platform, its development and integration

10 to 15 years of overall preferably in global organization

In-depth experience with Mid to Large SFDC implementation across multiple businesses

In-depth experience with SFDC integration, Financial Systems, AppExchange Vendors

Demonstrate mentoring skills and strong belief in a team approach

Ability to earn the trust and respect of peers and senior executives

Self-motivated, focused and individual with ability to effectively organize, and prioritize

Excellent analytical & communication skill, attention to detail and project management a must
